Hey, my name is James Murphy.
And back in 2018, I was a 32-year-old pastor, working 60-hour weeks for a measly 2,500 a month.
My beautiful wife Steph and I were drowning in debt, living paycheck to paycheck, and barely being able to put food on the table for our two young kids.

In year 3, we had 300.
And in year 4, we had over 450 properties. Our properties are now generating us over $1M/mo in booking revenue… without owning the majority of them.
Today, we spend most of our time with our beautiful children and do the things we once thought were ‘impossible’ all thanks to the Airbnb app we all have on our iPhones.
